At Shift Force Industries, we take pride in creating quality apparel designed for families who live fast, work hard, and play harder.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sfi.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Eligible resolutions may include:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund (where appropriate)
Please note:
- Items must not be intentionally damaged or altered
- Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
